Our number one objective is to always do our best to provide the highest quality service to our customers. We know that sometimes things don't turn out exactly how they were supposed to. Whether the wrong item was purchased, it doesn't meet expectations, or is damaged or defective, we want you to know that Mr. Pools and More is committed to making it right.
Products being returned must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. We require that our customers have the original receipt or invoice upon returning the product. All products being returned are subject to manager approval. Special order items do have restocking fees and are enforced by manufacture upon return of product. We do our best to make sure our customers understand these terms before purchase of the product.

Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items Include:
Any muriatic acid, sodium hypochlorite (chlorinating liquid), or calcium hypochlorite
Any online orders of hazardous materials including sanitizing chemicals, non-chlorinated oxidizing chemicals, acids and bases, and paint or paint related products
All special orders including, but not limited to, custom safety covers, custom spa covers, and custom pool liners, above ground pools etc.
Any opened pool liners or pool covers
Any used or installed equipment including circulating pumps, filters, heaters, heat pumps, salt cells, motors, and lights
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged products
Any electrical components
Any Chemical Products
Any Special Order Products
Any Product not stocked in store
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All Refunds will be issued in store credit
NO CASH REFUNDS
Any and all refunds, or exchanges are subject to management approval with submittal of original receipt
All defective items must be exchanged or replaced within 10 days from purchase.
After 10 days only manufacture warranty applies
